Synergas needed a single pane of glass over their operations. We built a web-based admin portal that integrates directly with their existing SAP system, pulling inventory, customer data, and billing into one unified dashboard without replacing legacy infrastructure.
Managers can oversee every member account, track active orders, and handle support tickets - all from the same interface, in real time.

Complete Order & Route Control
Every scheduled delivery, driver assignment, and active route is visible and editable from the portal. Dispatchers can create and adjust routes in minutes, while the system automatically syncs updates to the driver app in the field.
Alerts for low gas levels detected via IoT sensors on customer tanks feed directly into the order queue - so re-supply can be triggered automatically or with a single click.

We designed and built the Synergas customer mobile app from the ground up. Customers can schedule gas deliveries at their convenience, monitor the live level of their tank directly in the app, and receive push notifications when levels drop below a safe threshold.

Keeping Drivers Connected
The driver companion app gives field teams everything they need without the noise. On their phone they see their assigned route, delivery stops, and customer details. As deliveries progress, drivers mark each stop complete and log any issues directly in the app.
Every update syncs instantly back to the admin portal, giving dispatchers and managers a live picture of where deliveries stand — no radio calls, no manual data entry.
